Our supervisors run safety themselves — the assessments, the talks, the inspections. Quality control works the same way: verified in stages, not discovered at the deficiency walk.

How safety runs on our sites
Site-specific planning
Every project starts with a written safety plan covering access, hazards, emergency procedures and the trades involved.
Daily practice
Toolbox talks, hazard assessments and supervisor inspections are logged every working day, not filed monthly.
Qualified people
Working-at-heights, WHMIS, confined-space and trade certifications are verified before anyone mobilizes.
Trade accountability
Subcontractors are pre-qualified on their safety record and removed from site if the program is not followed.

Trade, consultant and supplier agree on the assembly before the first unit is installed.

Mock-ups and benchmarks
Finishes, envelope details and repairs approved on a sample before production work continues.

Hold-point inspections
Work is inspected at defined stages — before closing walls, before pouring, before coating.

Documented closeout
Deficiencies tracked with photos, commissioning records and warranties issued at handover.
