- Budget pricing on a defined scope is free. Extended preconstruction with scheduling and design support is a fixed fee, credited if we build the project.
- How long does an estimate take?
- Two to five business days for a straightforward fit-out, longer for structural or civil scopes needing trade input.
- Will you review someone else's budget?
- Yes, we do second-opinion reviews for owners and property managers.
