Deficiency walk, commissioning, as-builts, warranties and final release.

Ask about General Contracting- What size projects do you take on?
- From $50,000 renovations up to multi-million-dollar builds. Below that range we usually recommend our facility services group instead.
- Are you bonded?
- Yes — bonding is available on qualifying projects, and we carry full commercial general liability and WSIB coverage.
- Do you self-perform any work?
- We self-perform general trades such as demolition, framing, carpentry and concrete repair, and tender the specialty trades.
