Ask about Design-Build- Do you have in-house architects?
- We work with a small group of architects and engineers under our contract, selected to fit the building type.
- Can we use our own architect?
- Yes — we will contract them into the design-build team or run a construction-management model instead.
- How firm is the early budget?
- The first number is a range. It tightens at each design milestone and becomes fixed at permit-set completion.
